for days in Perth

(一)Market篇(下)

Subiaco is another my favorite destination - a unique, funky and non mainstream shopping destination. Market is the heart and the soul of Subiaco, or 'Subi', as affectionately known by the locals.
This is Subiaco Pavilion Market. It's right opposite Subiaco Train station.A flower shop: I love those scattered petals on the floor.
These toy things dragged me into the stall. Especially the one on the left, they remind me of the colorful clownfish in the movie FINDING NEMO.
I'm a bookaholic, also a bookstoreaholic.
A japan shop: I like the layout, full of Japanese tastes.
Market Square Park:
Children are playing around, and people are having picnics on the LARGE grassed area.
A brass and limestone sculpture
Subiaco Oval: the largest and most recognised stadium in Western Australia. It's the home ground to both Perth-based AFL teams - the West Coast Eagles and The Fremantle Football Club. On that day, there was a football game. It was my FIRST time to see such high volumes of cars and people into an area in Australia.
Outside Subiaco Oval
Queuing for tickets
Fans of the Fremantle Football Club on the traditional scarf and support clothing
Park of Subiaco Oval: big, old trees and grassy land
Park of Subiaco Oval: a children's recreation land!^O^
A children's hospital nearby: I like the color and design of this building.
Perth Modern School: Opened in 1911. On that event day, the school opened its playground for parking.
Perth Modern School: A memorial (established in 1920) records names of 148 Modernians, mostly aged between 18 and 22 years of age, who enlisted in World War I, 23 lost their lives.
High school orchestra competition in the hall of Perth Modern School:
I was invited because the elder daughter of my homestay family was a principle flutist in her school. I can tell which is a private school and which is a public according to their dress. At the scene, someone was broadcasting the live show, although I found his voice and words distracted me from the music.

Wish list

1. removable hard disk (80G)
One of my two removable hard disks doesn't work quite well. It's time to have a new one, though I know I will still hope for a third one. It's a black hole.
2. DC
I'm favor at a Canon DC, though chao called it old-fashioned.
3. Laptop
Apple MacBook, most desirable.^^ But because I had my new keyboard recently, the old one should and can hold on for quite a long time.
4. iPod
The last one I would buy if it can support APE format.

climbing time

脚下的山路头顶的天空
身旁的野花
在半山腰处远眺

蜿蜒的山路,滴翠的丛林,烂漫的野花,还有那温温柔柔的阳光,怀揣着惊喜与欢乐.春日的下午,本该如此.
